We are a Husband and Wife team. We strive to provide a fully functioning clinic in a home setting. We practice a range of natural medicine modalities to treat musculoskeletal pain, tension, energetic imbalance and injury.
Combined we have over , hours of experience treating people for over 20 years. I have been studying and practicing bodywork and light work since The core of my approach is myofascial trigger point release and massage therapy.
Modalities that I rely on to meet each individuals needs include assisted stretching, mobility exercises, cupping, and chakra awareness facilitation.
Outside of the clinic, but still in the realm of physiology, I lead bodyweight interval exercise classes 3 times per week. I have been blessed with a wonderful wife who is the best partner I could ask for.
We have three amazing adult children, who we are grateful to share dinners, birthdays and holidays with. Everyday is truly a blessing. I have been developing my career for years through various trainings and career paths. I continued to add to my skill set as a massage therapist and have been doing manual work in multiple settings using my training in trigger point therapy, pelvic floor therapy and fascial release. I feel very grateful to have had many wonderful and talented teachers.
